About Us
Thai Smile was established in 1991 by the owner named Noi.
Here at Thai Smile, we are dedicated to providing premium, hand-crafted Thai cuisine. We do this by using authentic Thai spices and herbs; as well as fresh, crisp vegetables, which are delivered daily to our kitchen. (We do not use MSG in our recipes.) For our seafood and meat dishes, we use only choice cuts from those who meet the highest standards. This is possible because we make use of Thai markets in both Los Angeles and Bangkok, where we carefully select ingredients to ensure the best quality.
Our chefs are personally trained by Noi. As we are constantly searching for new ways to make our dishes taste better, we always seek to complement our cuisine with exciting innovations. Our goal is to bring the sumptuous flavors of Thailand to your table.
Each plate is expertly and individually prepared from start to finish, using high-flame woks. So we ask that you allow for 30 to 50 minutes of cooking for full preparation (time may vary depending on customer flow at the time). To ensure the highest food quality, we continue to follow our recipe. It’s no wonder that Thai Smile was awarded the Thai Select Seal of Approval by the Royal Thai government’s Ministry Of Commerce.
